All drivers hold valid vocational licences and complete obsidienneom's internal onboarding before any client assignment.
Pre-assignment inspection
Every vehicle is inspected before deployment. Any that do not clear the check are substituted without affecting the booking.
Comprehensive insurance
Passenger liability coverage is carried on all vehicles in active service. Documentation available on request.
PDPA compliance
Client data is retained only for operational purposes and not shared with third parties. Records can be deleted on request.
Fixed pricing
Rates are confirmed before booking. Surcharges are only applied when agreed by the client in advance.
Direct communications
The operations team handles all client contact directly. No outsourced support lines, no automated systems for client-facing queries.
